High School Team

The Carroll Dragons Swim and Dive Team is the competitive program for the High School. The Dragons are part of the UIL and compete in the 5A division. In 2006-2007, the Dragons were District 8 Champions, Region 3 champs for men, and 2nd place for women.

On the state level, the men finished in 2nd place while the women were 17th. During the 2006-2007 Season, the Carroll Dragons had five individual All-Americans and 3 relays qualify as All-American. The Dragon men were ranked 10th in the country for 2006-2007 and the girls were ranked 13th. These national rankings were based on NISCA Team Power Points.

Dragon swimming is currently a no cut program with over 80 boys and girls training and competing. Coach Murphy and the Carroll Dragon Swim Team are building the #1 high school swimming program in the state of Texas. "We build good citizens, not just good swimmers."

Diver

The Carroll Dive Team (boys and girls) has been growing the past few years. More divers have qualified within the past year (in district and regional meets) than ever before. This region for diving is the most competitive in the state. Coach Hryorchuk anticipates continued growth and foresees great things from the Carroll Dragon Dive Team.
