Water Aerobics

All classes will be held in the deep water. Classes will be taught be Diane Gill.

Our Water Aerobics program is a cardiovascular and fitness conditioning class developed through shallow and deep water exercises. This class helps participants achieve core strength & conditioning, cardiovascular endurance, and allover toning. We offer the following schedule of classes.
