Water Aerobics

Our Water Aerobics program is a cardiovascular and fitness conditioning class developed through shallow and deep water exercises. This class helps participants achieve core strength & conditioning, cardiovascular endurance, and allover toning. We offer the following schedule of classes.

Class Instructor

All classes are taught by Colleen Leh, who is certified as an Aquatics Instructor through The Cooper Institute. Colleen also holds certification through the American Red Cross in Lifeguard Training, First Aid, and CPR.
